House With A Garret Above The Living Room

This Cloudy House in Sweden by LASC Studio is not a new one, actually, it’s a renovated house of the 30s. It was rebuilt for a young family as became too small. Inside there is a wide loft with extension and outside you can see an expressive roof. The interior is minimalist with traditional Scandinavian features like lots of white color and wood, big windows to catch the light and an interesting feature is that there is a garret inside, it’s hanging right above the loft and is reached through a wooden ladder. There is a bedroom in the garret so the owners can have their private space whenever they want.
